This is what the Transport Layer looks like when someone deletes roads but forgets some.

OSM shows a short unconnected bridge, having bus routes on it

There are probably standard methods to find those errors on the map: checking for continuity, checking for bus route relations without any stops. OSM Inspector will probably be the easiest method.

But this brings an extra challenge when mapping on OSM. Everything that is correct on Monday can be completely invalid on Tuesday. Feeding third-party apps should always requires some serious checking first.
